Women and children, especially mothers who are in the same season as myself, are one of my favorite subjects to capture. Because of the immense love for their family, and their tenacity in everything they do (in most cases sacrificially), they are often dubbed as "Superwomen." As a mother myself, I can attest that is a myth. Moms are merely human, and constant rejuvenation is a must. My own strength comes alone from my Maker Who constantly reminds me to "Be still, and know that I AM God," because I am not (God.)

I hope, I want, to capture and showcase, not only the outer beauty of these women but also, their inner grace that far outweighs the outward appearance that this culture so highly regard.
